Our Trip Planning Format

  1. INQUIRY AND CONNECTION. Once you have submitted your travel inquiry, OnePulse Travel will review within 24 hours of submission.  Upon review of your form, I will reach out via text to set up a time for a quick 10-15 minute chat.  This will allow me to get to know you on a personal level in regards to travel and give me a clear understanding of how to best serve and come alongside you.  Please save my phone number to your contacts: 832-229-2701
    Timeline: First 24-48 hours of interest and inquiry submission

  2. RESEARCH AND PROPOSAL.  Now it's time for me to get to work matching the feedback you have given me to the right experience and destination for you.  I use my expertise and work with destination partners to create and then present you with your customized itinerary. 
    Timeline: 3-5 business days post inquiry submission

  3. TWEAK AND REVISE. After you take the time to review your proposal, we will make any necessary adjustments based on your personal preferences, and once or if proposal is then approved, we will move forward with the additional steps to lock in your official plan. 
    Timeline: 5-7 business days post inquiry submission

  4. BOOK YOUR VACATION. Secure your trip with a small deposit. Your vacation is officially booked and in motion.  OnePulse Travel will be there for you step by step from now until your return.
    Timeline: 7 business days post inquiry submission and beyond
